Our Policies
Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled atlas 12 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid the 50% cancellation fee.
No call no show: If you no call no show your appt it will result in a 100% charge to the card on file for the service booked. If the card gets declined, you will have to pay the fee before you can book any future appointments.
Tardiness: If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appt, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or have you wait until we are able to service you. This could also result in not getting sprayed by the spray tan artist you booked with.Want a tan that lasts? Prep and post-care is key!
